Here are the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions from brides like you!

What is the price range of your gowns?

Our gowns range in price from $1150-$10,000. The average price of the gowns ranges from $2000- $3500. I also have a great Sample Sale rack with gowns starting at $800.

What is the time frame for ordering?

Most gowns take 4-6 months to make, and then you will need a few months for alterations. Most brides start the shopping process 9-12 months in advance. Not to worry if you do not have this much time –  a few of our designers will do rush orders! Felicé has been able to work with brides that needed a gown in a week!

How long are the standard appointments?

I schedule brides for 90 minute appointments, especially on Saturdays!  I will absolutely give the bride more time if I have the availability to do so. Please be courteous and show up on time to your appointment…

Do you take walk-ins?

Unfortunately no, this Boutique is open By Appointment Only. I am focusing on a unique experience for my brides – where they are getting undivided attention.  If you know last-minute that you would like to come in – give me a call 303.388.7637 – I will absolutely do my best to accommodate your schedule.

How many people should I bring to try on gowns?

I suggest that you bring 1 or 2 of the people closest to you, it can be difficult to find your opinion or voice when you have a lot of people giving you suggestions. Make sure to keep it an intimate experience, with the peoples opinions you trust the most! I have seating for 5 – 8 guests. Please let me know if your group is much larger.

Should I bring magazines/photos of gowns I love?

I love when brides bring in photos – it helps to guide me in the right direction. I will also make suggestions as to what shapes/styles will look beautiful on you. Sometimes it is fun to try on things you would have never thought would look great on you. The best advice I have – is to be open to the process!

What is the standard gown size at Felicé Bridal?

The gowns are almost all size 10’s – which can vary by designer from a street wear size 4 to a true size 10. I wish that I could have more sizes for brides to try on – unfortunately; our designers set the size of our samples. I am very good at showing brides how a gown will fit on their body though.

What is a Sample?

A sample is when our stock piece is sold off the floor at a discount. I have a sample sale rack all year-long with beautiful gowns available on it. Samples are generally sold between 20-60% off the original price of the gown.

Do you have an in-house seamstress?

I have a seamstress that comes in on Tuesdays to do first fittings with brides in-house. Otherwise, brides can meet with her other days of the week, or Saturdays at her studio. Brides also have the choice to take their gown to any seamstress they chose to work with. Alterations is the final key piece to making sure that a gown fits perfectly, please choose a great seamstress to work with!

Are alterations included in the price of the gown?

No. Alterations are always a separate charge. They usually range in price from $400-$600. I do not make any money on your alterations, you pay the seamstress directly. I take pride in the gown coming in fitting as best as humanly possible. I strictly offer in house alterations as a courtesy.
